Stran expands executive team, appoints industry veterans
MASSACHUSETTS, UNITED STATES — Outsourced marketing solutions firm Stran & Company (Stran) has expanded its executive sales team by appointing two promotional products industry veterans.
Stran has appointed Nick Kiefer as Executive Vice President of Sales and Michele Pytlinski as Senior Vice President of Client Strategy, both of whom came from the e-commerce company ePromos Promotional Products (ePromos).
Kiefer, most recently the Chief Sales Officer at ePromos, brings over 15 years of experience in the promotional products industry. He began his career in the industry in 2007 at Touchstone.
In 2015, he became the Vice President of Sales and was responsible for field sales, inside sales, recruiting, training, and onboarding.
Meanwhile, Pytlinski carries over 10 years of experience in the same industry. She was most recently the VP of Enterprise Sales at ePromos. Pytlinski has vast experience developing client relationships and strategic goals that lead to lucrative revenues.
Stran Chief Executive Officer Andy Shape expects their new executives to chart more growth trajectories for the company.
“We believe we are at an inflection point for Stran, given our strong organic growth and successful completion of several recent acquisitions,” Shape said. “Our goal is to build on this foundation and we believe these industry pros will enable us to better capitalize on significant opportunities within the market.”
