Stratosphere Networks to focus resources in Florida

IT support and managed services provider Stratosphere Networks is planning to dedicate more resources to its Florida operations to bolster the company’s growth in the region.
Explaining this decision, Stratosphere Networks CEO Steve Melchiorre said that Florida “has become a popular destination for corporations and tech workers alike.”
He added that the firm is “looking to seize the opportunities available there to take on new clients.”
Stratosphere provides Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), customer experience (CX), digital transformation, business process outsourcing (BPO), managed IT, and cybersecurity products and services to their customers.
With the expansion, its Florida office will be expected to serve businesses in Jacksonville, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Hialeah, Port St. Lucie, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Sarasota, Tallahassee, and Cape Coral, among other cities.
Stratosphere Networks assured its clients that it will keep its headquarters in Chicago.
