SuccessKPI, Five9 partner to boost enterprise CX intelligence
VIRGINIA, UNITED STATES — Artificial intelligence analytics and automation firm SuccessKPI has partnered with customer experience (CX) platform provider Five9.
As part of the deal, SuccessKPI’s platforms are now available on the Five9 CX Marketplace. Playbook Builder, an automated action engine that can be integrated with Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center, is also available on the marketplace.
The two firms aim to empower clients with advanced CX intelligence, leveraging AI-driven analytics, automation, and real-time insights to improve CX in the cloud contact center ecosystem.
“Being available in the Five9 Marketplace enables our current and new customers to realize cost-efficiencies from cloud migration while gaining powerful analytics and insights,” said Mike Ahnemann, head of strategic partnerships at SuccessKPI.
SuccessKPI’s solutions provide Five9 customers with a comprehensive range of contact center intelligence services, from speech and text analytics to complete business intelligence and reporting capabilities for agents, supervisors, and executives.

Last year, Five9 launched an AI-enhanced Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform with outsourcing giant TELUS.
This partnership aims to reshape customer support through advanced omnichannel capabilities, intelligent call routing, and integration with major customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
