SupportNinja rebrands amid expansion, business evolution

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company SupportNinja launched its newly-refreshed brand following the expansion of its service offerings, steady organic growth, acquisition of Bolton Remote, and geographic expansion into Europe.
In a press release, the firm said the vibrant brand refresh “captures the dynamism of its people and the evolution of SupportNinja’s offering to the marketplace.”

The firm also expanded its operations to Romania and widened its scope of services to allow clients the option of picking and managing their outsourced team themselves.
While the name SupportNinja remains, the company now has a new logo with a symbol and a custom logotype. The tagline “A Better Way To Outsource” also evolved to “A Better Way To Grow,” alluding to the company’s unique ability to help companies grow by connecting them with a wider talent pool.
