Sword Group acquires Full On Net to expand data expertise

KOERICH, LUXEMBOURG, and MADRID, SPAIN — Luxembourg-based Sword Group has acquired Full On Net, a technology consulting firm based in Madrid, Spain

In its press release, Sword Group stated that the strategic move significantly enhances its advanced data capabilities and expands its footprint in the Southern European market.

Sword strengthens IT and telecom capabilities

Sword Group is a provider of data insights, digital transformation, and technology services, with over 3,000 professionals in more than 50 countries, helping clients manage complex IT and business initiatives.

These high levels of international presence and experience in mission-critical operations have now become the basis on which it can incorporate its new strategic acquisition. Sword Group also ranked #61 in OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s 500 top outsourcing companies.

The addition of Full On Net brings a specialized focus on internet technology and telecommunication services, with a strong reputation in the Spanish market for providing dedicated professional integration and outsourcing solutions.

This niche expertise allows clients to optimize resources by externalizing specific processes complementing Sword Group’s broader global service portfolio.

Sword deepens European presence and digital innovation

Acquiring Full On Net helps Sword Group enhance its knowledge base in areas with high demand, including data science, AI, and social network analysis.

This action is directly mentioned as part of the company’s growth strategy, which will help strengthen its strengths in high-level data technologies and increase the pace of innovation within the scope of its services.

The acquisition also provides Sword with a pool of high-profile specialists who are reputed to be technical and agile, which is exactly its strategic focus in the increasingly digital environment.

This strategic expansion is not limited to technical capabilities but also encompasses a significant geographic push into Southern Europe. Full On Net’s reputation in the Spanish telecoms and insurance market provides Sword Group with an established and credible entry point into this region.

This move allows Sword to leverage Full On Net’s local market presence and client relationships, effectively expanding its footprint beyond its existing operations. This strategic advantage, built on specialized talent and regional market access, compounds the larger group’s strategic advantage, enabling it to add more value to more clients.

Acquisition to add $17Mn to Sword’s 2026 revenue

The acquisition underscores a disciplined approach to growth, where financial accretion and seamless operational integration are paramount.

From an economic perspective, the transaction is immediately value-additive, projected to increase Sword’s 2026 revenue by €15 million (approximately US$17.2 million) with a healthy EBITDA margin of roughly 11.5%. The move is a calculated investment that brings not just talent and clients, but also direct and positive fiscal impact.

Operationally, the integration plan is designed to preserve the acquired company’s strengths while leveraging the parent’s scale. Full On Net will operate under the Sword brand, ensuring market consistency. Still, its teams will continue serving their clients with their existing commitment to excellence, now backed by Sword’s global resources and reach.

The change in leadership can also support this middle ground, as David Martinez, the current Director of Full On Net, will now become its Managing Director. This will provide continuity and institutional knowledge and facilitate the transition of the entrepreneurial spirit of the acquired firm into the larger corporate structure.

“We are delighted to welcome Full On Net to the Sword family. Their expertise and entrepreneurial spirit will be a great asset as we continue to grow and evolve in a fast-changing digital landscape,” noted Jacques Mottard, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sword Group.
