TCN to host virtual call center conference in 2024

UTAH, UNITED STATES — Call center software provider TCN will host its third annual C3 User Conference on January 30 to 31, 2024.
The two-day virtual event connects contact center professionals to gain insights into industry trends and technology innovations.
With the theme “connect, collaborate, communicate,” the conference features keynote speaker Dave Durocher on social impact leadership. Attendees will also hear ACA International executives discuss collections industry initiatives.
Additionally, focused breakout sessions will cover critical topics like compliance, omnichannel engagement, workforce optimization, and integrated technologies. TCN clients and partners will share proven best practices and case studies.
A highlight for many will be an exclusive preview of TCN’s product roadmap unveiling the newest features and capabilities for their call center platform.
