TCN contact center software doubles UK clients in 9 months

SHREWSBURY, UNITED KINGDOM — Cloud contact center software provider TCN more than doubled its client base in the United Kingdom within nine months of opening an office in Shrewsbury.
Spencer Taylor, TCN Head of Sales and Operations for the UK and Ireland, said, “This is an exciting time for TCN here in the UK and EU.”

The company also recently opened a European headquarters in Bucharest, Romania, to support increasing demand across the continent. Additionally, it expanded its UK and EU-based team to almost 20 employees.
Victor Marcu, TCN’s Business Manager for the EU, stated that the firm is “implementing a growing number of clients to the TCN platform, and it was apparent we needed to grow the team to provide the technical support we need and manage these accounts to the high standard we expect.”
TCN’s offerings include an omnichannel customer engagement platform tailored for enterprises, contact centers, business process outsourcers, and collection agencies. It has an extensive global infrastructure, including data centers and offices in countries like the United States, the UK, Canada, India, Germany, and Australia.
