TCN launches new visualization tool

Cloud-based call center platform provider TCN announced the debut of its new data visualization tool for the List Management Services (LMS) application called Data Explorer.
The new feature aims to help contact centers simplify data organization and management.
In an interview with CMSWire, TCN Marketing Director McKay Bird said that the Data Explorer enables contact centers to manage all of their data files in one location. Customers can automate processes and activities using an LMS.
Using TCN’s Data Explorer, customers can engage with their data in real time and combine numerous data sets and channels from various sources.
According to Bird, TCN’s Data Explorer allows its users to visualize their data and format it however they want; spot-check their data in LMS; and reduce errors.
Bird added that this tool TCN’s “allows users to interact with their data in real-time and integrate various data sets and channels from different sources while saving time, improving transparency and reducing the likelihood of errors.”
