TCS partners with Extreme Networks to deploy Oracle HCM Cloud
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced that it has partnered with networking firm Extreme Networks to deploy Oracle HCM Cloud in the latter’s system, connecting its workforce across 33 countries.
TCS said it leveraged its Business 4.0 thought leadership model and its expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Agile methodologies to allow seamless integration across processes and systems, with Extreme Networks benefiting from a simplified and unified global platform that offered analytics and actionable insights to allow smarter decision-making and support strategic workforce initiatives.
V. Rajanna, global head, Technology Business Unit, TCS, said TCS has teamed up with Extreme Networks in reimagining their human capital management as a strategic growth driver, leveraging its Business 4.0 framework, extensive experience in HR digital transformation, and deep contextual knowledge.
According to Dan Adam, chief information officer at Extreme Networks, TCS enabled the migration of Extreme’s human capital system to Oracle HCM Cloud to be seamless and on time, allowing it to provide its employees with self-service and automation capabilities so they can manage their responsibilities efficiently.
