TCS recognized as ODWS leader
IT services and consulting firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) was recently recognized as an Outsourced Digital Workplace Services (ODWS) leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
According to Gartner, the main goal of ODWS is to offer “integrated and ubiquitous digital workplace services” to workers to strengthen engagement, productivity, and digital dexterity in the company.
TCS’ transformative remote working operating model called Secure Borderless Workspaces™ (SBWS™) allows workers to have touchless, intelligent, agile, and digital operations at the comforts of their own homes.
SBWS helps the company take advantage of its talent ecosystem and enhances collaboration within teams in a remote working arrangement.
TCS Cognitive Business Operations Global Head Ashok Pai said that the hybrid work is changing how employees collaborate and engage with each other.
He stated that “TCS helps organizations craft a vibrant workplace paradigm leveraging cognitive, AI and other digital technologies to foster collaboration, enhance employee experience and deliver a superior business outcome.”
This recognition, added Pai, highlights the company’s “vision, continued investments in innovation, and the resultant market success.”
