TCS, Zscaler partner for AI-powered workspace solution

MUMBAI, INDIA, and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has unveiled the TCS Workspace Experience Studio, a new solution engineered with Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) to redefine enterprise digital environments.
The offering integrates Zero Trust security with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics to create proactive, resilient workspaces, targeting the rapidly expanding digital workspace market, projected to exceed $160 billion by 2030.
Anthony Torsiello, SVP of Global Partner Ecosystems at Zscaler, notes, “This collaboration between TCS and Zscaler represents a partnership dedicated to transforming the future of enterprise digital workspaces.”
Shifting to AI-powered digital experiences
According to Murali Menon, Global Head of ITIS Offerings & Engineering for the Cloud Unit at TCS, chief information officers are prioritizing the infusion of AI to transform workspace experiences, fostering greater collaboration and accelerating innovation. He emphasized that the partnership addresses an ongoing customer shift from traditional Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).
By leveraging Zscaler’s OneAPI for integration and automation, the new solution adds advanced Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and workplace observability to the TCS portfolio.
This allows IT and security teams to access rich data insights, enabling them to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive operations, ensuring that digital environments are not just operational but actually optimized for end users.
Moreover, this development is driven by the incorporation of ZDX into TCS’s current human-centric AI portfolio.
Torsiello notes, “We are empowering organizations to achieve tangible business results by delivering smarter, more resilient digital environments that enhance productivity, improve user experiences, and drive operational success.”
The improved TCS Workspace Experience Studio is an application that applies ZDX observability parameters to provide finer-grained insights into application performance and user behavior.
Boosting productivity through automated remediation
The application of the TCS Workspace Experience Studio has already demonstrated significant potential for improving workforce efficiency, with a specific deployment highlighting its impact.
A leading Scottish multinational engineering company has adopted this TCS-developed solution, which is estimated to deliver significant productivity gains (25-30%) for users while broadly improving the digital experience.
This is realized through the solution’s built-in auto-healing and auto-remediation, which automatically identify and fix problems in customer systems, applications, and infrastructure.
The technology will save a lot of time by eliminating the need to resolve issues manually and reducing the friction that slows employees’ work.
Alongside automated issue resolution, the solution includes a User Persona that uses ZDX data to provide personalized recommendations and insights.
This specific strategy also minimizes downtime and eliminates user friction by customizing the digital space to each work pattern and requirement.
The outcome is a digital workspace that not only keeps the enterprise safe through the principles of Zero Trust but also actively supports employee satisfaction and operational success.
With a targetable opportunity of more than $8 billion over the next five years, this combination of improved cybersecurity and productivity-enhancing solutions positions TCS and Zscaler to achieve a very high level of market share that addresses both security and user experience requirements.
Menon concludes, “Leveraging our strengths, TCS and Zscaler deliver enhanced user experiences and optimized application performance across diverse environments that combine TCS Workspace Experience Studio and Zscaler Digital Experience.”
TCS ranked #8 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2026 edition of the OA500 is expected to be released in March. (Read the OA500 2026 methodology paper here.)
