TDCX expands EU presence with healthtech partnerships

SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE — Digital CX solutions leader TDCX recently secured partnerships with two healthtech firms in Europe, solidifying its foothold in the healthcare technology domain. This move exemplifies TDCX’s versatility and growing clientele.
TDCX will provide specialized customer support tailored to individual medical needs for one client and assist another in navigating complex medical devices. Both clients will benefit from TDCX’s expertise in feedback management, operational improvements, and training.
“Europe is a strategically important market for us,” said TDCX CEO Laurent Junique.
“Over the last few years, we have built up our capabilities in Europe. We opened our first European campus in Spain, which was quickly followed by Romania and most recently, Türkiye. We are seeing results from our investments into the region, as we gain recognition from local clients and make headway into new verticals,” Junique added.
The first half of 2023 saw an 85% surge in TDCX’s European revenue. With significant investments in talent and resources, the company has amassed a strong team of 400+ professionals in Spain, Romania, and Türkiye.
Sophie Chelmick, TDCX’s Executive VP for EMEA, also stated that the firm’s recent success underscores their capacity to deliver unparalleled CX services.
“Backed by our proven track record, a team of experienced CX specialists, distinctive people management approach, and welcoming workspaces, I am confident that we will continue to build on our strengths and grow in the market.”
Aligning with its European expansion, TDCX is poised to increase its Spanish workforce, capitalizing on the region’s diverse talent pool while ensuring employee skill enhancement.
