TDCX expands global reach with Open Access BPO acquisition

SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE — TDCX, a provider of digital customer experience solutions, announced its acquisition of United States-based Open Access BPO, for an undisclosed amount.
The merger aims to enhance TDCX’s ability to meet the rising demand for outsourced services. The acquisition will add new delivery locations in Davao, Manila, the Philippines, and Taipei, Taiwan.
Growing market and enhanced services
According to Statista Market Insights, the global business process outsourcing (BPO) market is expected to reach $491.53 billion by 2029, with Asia growing at a compounded annual rate of 5.9%. This growth underscores the increasing need for intelligent, scalable outsourcing solutions.
Laurent Junique, CEO of TDCX, emphasized the acquisition’s role in strengthening their service offerings in key verticals such as fintech and healthtech. “With our combined delivery locations and deepened expertise in verticals including fintech and healthtech, we will be able to create greater value for our colleagues and clients,” Junique stated in a press release.
