Tech Mahindra, CS TECH Ai partner on global geospatial AI

MAHARASHTRA, INDIA — Tech Mahindra, a technology consulting firm, has partnered with engineering company CS TECH Ai to deliver advanced geospatial and digital-twin solutions worldwide.
The partnership aims to help enterprises and public-sector clients modernize infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and pursue data-driven asset management through integrated platforms.
Birendra Sen, President – Business Process Services of Tech Mahindra, notes, “Globally, infrastructure modernization is challenged by aging assets, fragmented data systems, and rising geopolitical and climate risks.”
“Enterprises and governments are therefore seeking integrated, digital-first approaches that align with emerging priorities such as digital twins, smart cities, and intelligent asset ecosystems.”
Uniting enterprise tech and geospatial intelligence
Tech Mahindra will add its global delivery platform, enterprise-level digital platforms, and extensive IT and cloud consulting experience.
On the other hand, CS TECH Ai provides engineering-level specialization in geospatial intelligence, high-accuracy digital twin production, and Building Information Modelling (BIM). This move will help develop integrated offerings that neither company could achieve on its own.
The partnership seeks to integrate these abilities into streamlined data-driven systems. The mutual purpose is to develop platforms where CS TECH Ai directly integrates its accurate geospatial and engineering information with enterprise processes and massive digital transformation initiatives that Tech Mahindra operates.
The integration will aim to improve all levels of infrastructure management, including preliminary planning and implementation, long-term monitoring, regulatory compliance, and predictive maintenance.
“By integrating Tech Mahindra’s enterprise-wide digital transformation frameworks with CS TECH Ai’s engineering-grade geospatial capabilities, the partnership delivers powerful, scalable, and integrated solutions,” said Sen.
Scaling smart infrastructure in global markets
The strategy of emphasizing the need to capitalize on expansion opportunities abroad is a key element of the alliance.
The partners have identified the major areas where government expenditures and corporate spending on next-generation infrastructure are increasing.
The Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific (APAC), and North America will be the primary focus of their joint market strategy, with investments in Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), smart utilities, grid modernization, and smart mobility.
“Many regions are accelerating digital infrastructure programs. This partnership gives us the platform to jointly deliver powerful, scalable, and integrated solutions to meet that demand,” said Sagar Meghe, Chairman of CS TECH Ai.
The joint venture will enable the firm to have high market penetration by co-innovating and developing business together. This includes plans to collaboratively develop solutions, to have common proof-of-concept programs, and to have a shared disposition towards executing large, multi-technology programs.
By this, the companies expect to reduce go-to-market times for complex projects that demand a mix of geospatial intelligence and engineering data, and analytical, data-driven solutions to address new global demands to optimize cities and industries and make them smarter.
Tech Mahindra ranked #9 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2026 edition of the OA500 is expected to be released in March.
