It is an integrated health and technology capability to resolve major patient access issues. CARE Hospitals leverages its medical expertise, while Tech Mahindra provides its customer relationship management (CRM) systems and experience in managing large-scale operations.
This level of cooperation will likely facilitate the deployment of faster response rates, successful management and processing of patient requests, a consistent and patient-centered experience across all CARE hospitals, and render quality healthcare more accessible and responsive.
A specialized physical facility, staffed with 100 trained professionals, handles thousands of calls every month, embodying this cooperation. Its design directly addresses the main patient pain areas by providing 24-hour service and support in 10 different languages.
This ensures that both domestic and international patients can reliably connect with the hospital group, receive clear information, and access compassionate service at any time, from any location.
