Tech Mahindra and TOTSCo team up for telecom messaging platform

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Information technology (IT) company Tech Mahindra has teamed up with The One Touch Switching Company Ltd (TOTSCo) to design, build and operate a message-exchange platform for the UK telecom industry called TOTSCo Hub.
TOTSCoHub will enable consumers to switch telecom service providers seamlessly. This will allow them to use the suite of services available. Additionally, customers will be able to choose the best price and service as per their requirements.

“The partnership will leverage Tech Mahindra’s extensive telecom expertise, particularly in handling end-to-end switching services, alongside cutting-edge IT technology and services to establish a messaging platform,” said Vikram Nair, President – EMEA Business, Tech Mahindra.
TOTSCo Hub will use Comviva’s BlueMarble Business Support System (BSS) platform and WSO2’s API Management (Application Programming Interface) and Integration software for Communication Provider (CP) Management.
Tech Mahindra ranked #11 in the 2023 Time Doctor OA500, the first objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. The 2024 edition of the OA500 will be released next month.
TOTSCo is a not-for-profit company established and owned by the UK telecommunications industry to deliver switching processes for fixed broadband and voice services.
