Tech Mahindra and Zapata AI partner for telecom transformation

BOSTON, UNITED STATES — Global technology consultancy Tech Mahindra and industrial generative artificial intelligence (AI) company Zapata AI have announced a strategic collaboration to utilize Zapata AI’s quantum-based generative AI capabilities to deliver real-time intelligence, enhancing Tech Mahindra’s extensive portfolio of communication service providers (CSPs).
Tech Mahindra’s prowess in creating large language models from the ground up, coupled with Zapata’s quantum algorithms, tensor networks, time series data modeling, and computational techniques, creates new opportunities to manage and expand services more efficiently.

The partnership’s initial focus will be combining Tech Mahindra’s telecommunications expertise with Zapata’s cutting-edge generative AI technologies. It seeks to reshape the industry by introducing scalable, AI-powered solutions for network optimization, anomaly detection, proactive maintenance, personalized customer interactions, and efficient AI deployment across large networks.
