Telefónica, Atento extend global alliance until end-2025

MADRID, SPAIN — Atento, a customer relationship and business process outsourcing (CRM/BPO) services provider, announced it has renewed its global agreement with telecommunications firm Telefónica.
The extension of Telefónica’s Master Services Agreement until December 31, 2025 strengthens the partnership between the two companies and ensures that Telefónica will remain Atento’s preferred provider of telecommunications services.
