Teleperformance named 11th Best Workplace in Asia
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Digital business services provider Teleperformance was recently named the 11th Best Workplace in Asia for 2023 by the global workplace culture authority Great Place to Work.
The accolade covers the company’s Asian branches in China, India, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Vietnam.
Around 95,000 employees across Asia contributed to the annual Great Place to Work survey, scoring Teleperformance high on trust, values, leadership, and innovation. The data showed a common perception among workers that the company offers a safe, fair, and well-resourced work environment.
Teleperformance Asia Pacific President David Rizzo said that this recognition reflects the company’s commitment to fostering an environment of “open dialogue, trust, and respect.”
Teleperformance secured Great Place to Work certifications in 72 countries earlier this year, with 99% of its global workforce based in certified locations.
