Teleperformance China receives “Great Place to Work” award

Digitally integrated business service Teleperformance announced that its China operations received the Great Place to Work® award for the fifth consecutive year.
By being certified as a Great Place to Work® in China, Teleperformance has helped set a high benchmark for Chinese Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry companies and companies operating in all other industries.
Teleperformance’s China operations also earned a strong score for overall trust in the company by its over 5,000 Chinese team members. It operates seven facilities in China and provides work-from-home services, with 10% of its staff currently utilizing them.
Teleperformance China Executive Chairman Joseph Wai said, “On behalf of the China leadership teams I wish to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to our employees.”
“This year is the 16th anniversary of Teleperformance China’s establishment. With your support, we have been certified as a Great Place To Work® for five years in a row. This confirms our determination to continue to build a more trustworthy, fair, friendly, and enterprising workplace,” Wei added.
Teleperformance China also won the Great Place to Work® award for Women in 2020 and 2021.
