Teleperformance donates to SPMC frontliners
Teleperformance’s corporate social responsibility arm, Citizen of the World, made a P300,000 (approximately US$ 5,900) donation to Davao City’s Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) in line with its commitment to help cities across the country with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Part of the donation is from the company’s employees who raised donations through the program.Teleperformance then matched the total amount collected.
Senior vice president for Human Capital Resource Management of Teleperformance Philippines and Citizen of the World Foundation president Jeffrey Johnson said, “We hope our contribution to the Southern Philippines Medical Center will support the city’s frontliners in overcoming the challenges brought by the pandemic and will help us come together stronger as a community.”
