Teleperformance Lithuania adds 80 new jobs after strong growth
VILNIUS, LITHUANIA — Teleperformance (TP) Lithuania, a subsidiary of the global digital business services leader, has announced an expansion of its operations, with the creation of 80 new job positions.
The company has demonstrated remarkable growth since its establishment in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius in 2015, growing from an initial team of 50 to over 700 employees.
“Our journey in Lithuania has been one of growth. Starting with just one project in 2015, we have expanded our operations significantly, even during challenging times like the pandemic,” said Natalia Iashchuk, Country Director at TP in Lithuania.
The acquisition of Majorel in 2023 has further strengthened TP’s capabilities, enabling it to attract international talent and cement its position as a key player in the customer experience management industry.
Multilingual service hub excellence
The Vilnius office serves as a strategic multilingual hub, managing six major international programs and supporting customers in more than 15 languages. The facility provides comprehensive business services, including customer support, technical assistance, back-office processing, digital solutions, and social media management across various sectors such as e-commerce, telecommunications, travel, technology, and financial services.

Strategic importance and market position
The expansion also reflects TP’s long-term investment in the Lithuanian talent pool. Elijus Čivilis, General Manager at Invest Lithuania, noted, “TP has not only tapped into the deep pool of talent we have here—they are nurturing it, too. This expansion is a vote of confidence in both our people and our business ecosystem.”
As part of the Teleperformance Group, which employs nearly 500,000 experts worldwide speaking over 300 languages, the Lithuanian operation benefits from extensive global resources while maintaining a strong local presence.
The company’s service portfolio includes AI-powered solutions, operations consulting, and digital transformation services, alongside specialized offerings such as collections, interpreting and localization, visa services, and recruitment process outsourcing.
In 2023, Teleperformance reported consolidated revenue of €8,345 million (US$9 billion) and net profit of €602 million (US$658 million). Teleperformance recently ranked #2 in the 2024 OA500, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. This is the second year the company clinched the index’s top 2 spot.
