Teleperformance joins ServiceNow program to develop enterprise GenAI

NEW YORK & CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES – Digital workflow company ServiceNow announced a partnership with global outsourcing firm Teleperformance, as part of its AI Lighthouse program.
The collaboration aims to design and develop new industry-specific AI capabilities using Generative AI (artificial intelligence). These new capabilities will increase productivity and improve satisfaction for both customers and employees.
ServiceNow launched AI Lighthouse in July to accelerate the adoption of generative AI in enterprises. Teleperformance’s participation builds on its existing generative AI efforts, including the launch of its own TP GenAI platform earlier this year.
“Some of the world’s biggest brands are focused on leveraging generative AI tools to improve efficiencies and strengthen their services,” said Teleperformance Chairman and CEO Daniel Julien.
“Our partnership with ServiceNow will tap into our deep insights based on decades of digital CX experience to create compelling and actionable generative AI use cases for our clients with AI Lighthouse.”
As a digital business services leader with over 410,000 global employees, Teleperformance will initially focus on designing and developing new generative AI models to support customer service agents in their interactions with customers.
“Generative AI is unveiling a new frontier of human productivity, leading the way to an era of rising prosperity,” said ServiceNow Chairman and CEO Bill McDermott.
“We are honored to have Teleperformance as part of our ecosystem, their digital services expertise will help to unleash the potential of AI-enabled experiences.”
In 2022, Teleperformance reported impressive figures with a consolidated revenue of €8.1 billion (US$8.6 billion) and a net profit of €645 million (US$682 million).
