Teleperformance tops Twimbit’s CX BPOs list
Global digitally integrated business services group Teleperformance has been named as the top Customer Experience (CX) Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm by leading market research company Twimbit.
The annual list examines the global outsourcing industry with an emphasis on customer experience across six pillars, providing benefits to all stakeholders including clients, employees, suppliers, communities, and shareholders.
The market research firm noted that Teleperformance’s proprietary learning programs that prioritize employee care and engagement made it a leading CX company across the industry.
