TELUS Digital expands AI delivery in APAC, Latin America
VANCOUVER, CANADA — TELUS Digital has significantly expanded its global delivery footprint over the past nine months, scaling AI data services, Trust & Safety, and digital CX operations across Asia-Pacific while opening a new location in Argentina.
According to a press release, the Vancouver-based technology division of TELUS Corporation added new sites and expanded existing ones in Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and India, where it now operates eight sites across six cities.
The expansion responds to enterprise demand for partners that can pair multilingual AI capabilities with geographically diverse delivery, a shift Everest Group flagged as a defining priority in its 2025 CX Management Services PEAK Matrix Assessment.
Scaling multilingual AI and trust & safety across APAC
In Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, TELUS Digital is delivering Trust & Safety services across financial crime, KYC, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, content moderation, age verification, and bot detection.
The expansion adds high-demand languages including Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, and Malay, bringing regional language coverage to more than 10 languages.
In India, the expanded Bengaluru site supports global AI data programs for AGI, GenAI, Physical AI, and large-scale Search and Ads training through TELUS Digital’s proprietary Fine-Tune Studio and Ground Truth Studio platforms.

Argentina anchors nearshore enterprise AI push
The new Argentina location taps into a market with more than 160,000 software professionals, high English proficiency, and up to 90% overlap with U.S. business hours, enabling real-time collaboration for North American and European clients.
From Argentina, TELUS Digital delivers digital engineering and enterprise AI services, including data and AI strategy, analytics, AI products, and agentic AI and automation. The location complements TELUS Health’s existing Argentine footprint in Employee Assistance Programs and mental health support.

The expansion reflects a broader repositioning across the global outsourcing industry, where firms including Concentrix, Genpack, and Accenture are racing to build multilingual, AI-ready delivery hubs across emerging markets.
As enterprises demand culturally grounded data and locally embedded talent to train and operate AI systems, geographically diverse delivery has become the defining battleground for global CX and AI services growth.
