VANCOUVER, CANADA — Digital customer experience (CX) provider TELUS International recently announced its rebranding to TELUS Digital Experience.
This strategic move, set to be completed in the third quarter of 2024, highlights the company’s evolution and expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GenAI) solutions.

Key offerings include the GenAI Jumpstart accelerator, which delivers virtual assistant prototypes in just eight weeks, and Fuel iX, an enterprise-grade AI engine.
