Thrive expands U.S. Midwest presence with Safety Net deal
MASSACHUSETTS, UNITED STATES — Thrive, a global technology outsourcing company, has announced its acquisition of Safety Net, a Michigan-based IT services firm.
This strategic move enables Thrive to extend its operations into the Midwest, bringing Safety Net’s customer base access to Thrive’s cutting-edge Security Operation Center (SOC) and hybrid cloud solutions.

Thrive, which specializes in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed IT services, has completed twelve acquisitions in the past two years, with Safety Net being the latest addition to its portfolio.
