DesignRush names top call centers in April
FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — B2B marketplace DesignRush recently named the top 15 call center companies that help organizations increase loyalty and client retention by providing high-quality customer support.
According to the firm’s study, the best call center companies this April include:

- Survience, a research and expert networking organization.

- WOW24-7, a call center, email and live chat support outsourcing firm.
- STAFFVIRTUAL, an outsourcing and back-office services provider.
- SupportYourApp, a call center and tech support outsourcing company.
- Modo Modo Agency, an operational and international communications firm
- Premier BPO, a back office processing, IT outsourcing, and contact center provider.
- CIENCE Technologies, an outbound/inbound SDR and data solutions expert.
- Aidey, a back office, and virtual receptionist provider.
- Martal Group, an appointment setting, sales, and lead generation company.

Citing a Salesforce survey, DesignRush said that 88% of customers believe the experience organizations provide is as important as their product/service offerings.
The study added that better customer service — emphasizing excellent support, trust, loyalty, and retention — is a key reason why 71% of consumers switched brands at least once in 2021.
