TP Philippines earns spot in ICT Awards Hall of Fame

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Digital business solutions provider Teleperformance (TP) Philippines was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame at the 17th International ICT Awards – Philippines (IICTAP).
Conferred by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (CanCham), the accolade marks a significant milestone for the company.
Expressing his gratitude, TP Philippines CEO Francisco Lara said, “It is remarkable to think that just months prior to this award by IICTAP, Teleperformance also gained a spot in the Philippines Best Workplaces, which was also such a huge deal given that it was backed by the team behind the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For.”
“With this award and our recent triumph in adjacent award-giving bodies, TP has further advanced its leadership position in the industry,” he added.
Meanwhile, TP Chief People Officer Jeffrey Johnson attributed the company’s success to the collective efforts of the firm’s employees across all our sites in the country.
Celebrating 26 years of operations in the Philippines, Teleperformance employs over 50,000 Filipinos across 23 locations. The company has been a certified Great Place to Work since 2018 and is on track for its sixth consecutive certification this year.
Teleperformance is also known for implementing its Cloud Campus, a remote work initiative that ensured job stability for its staff and continuity for its clients amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Today, the company operates two Cloud Campus hubs in the Philippines, one in Ilocos Norte and the other in General Santos City.
