Transcom to purchase CX provider VCosmos

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN — Customer experience (CX) services firm Transcom is slated to acquire VCosmos, a CX solutions provider based in India.
Transcom has signed a letter of intent to buy VCosmos, but the deal is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and completion of due diligence. The acquisition is expected to close by the first quarter of 2024.
Both firms are looking to expand their services and broaden their reach while harnessing the latest technologies.

Transcom employs 30,000 workers in 90 contact centers and work-at-home networks across 28 countries. The Stockholm-based company offers customer care, sales, content moderation, back office, on-, off-, and nearshoring services to over 300 clients worldwide.
Meanwhile, VCosmos has 700 employees in CX centers in Gurgaon and Jaipur, in addition to its work-at-home network. The India-based firm’s service offerings include voice and non-voice multi-lingual and multi-channel CX. It has clients in North America, Asia, and Europe.
