transcosmos Korea is now Genesys’ official reseller
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider transcosmos Korea is partnering with cloud contact center market leader Genesys to gain access to Genesys Cloud solutions and serve as its official reseller.
With the partnership agreement in place, transcosmos Korea will provide system integration services — including pre-implementation consulting, cloud platform development, and post-implementation customer support — to its clients who are interested in Genesys products.
Additionally, as a partner of Genesys’s marketplace AppFoundry, transcosmos Korea is also set to develop, sell and deliver programs (APP) that are integrated into Genesys cloud solutions.
transcosmos Korea President and COO Kwon Sang-chuel said that they are looking forward to offering “Genesys’ cutting-edge cloud solutions and services to clients at a reasonable investment expense to minimize the hurdle for cloud implementation, and ultimately help them build competitive strengths that differentiate themselves from others.”
transcosmos Korea will mainly offer Genesys’ custom customer relations management solution called Genesys Cloud for PowerFront to their clients.
