TransPerfect opens first contact center in the Philippines
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES and MANILA, PHILIPPINES — TransPerfect, a provider of language and AI solutions for global business, has officially opened a new contact center in Manila.
This marks the company’s first operations facility in the Philippines, further expanding its international service network and reinforcing its position as a global business process outsourcing (BPO) player.
The Manila center will serve a diverse client base across finance, healthcare, legal, insurance, telecommunications, and technology sectors. Designed with secure and modern infrastructure, the facility aims to handle high-volume workloads while optimizing employee productivity.

TransPerfect plans to hire 500 employees in Manila
TransPerfect plans to hire over 500 professionals in Manila over the next 12 months. Open roles will include customer service, technical support, live interpretation, and back-office functions. The Manila contact center is located on the 17th Floor of Jollibee Tower, Emerald Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Multilingual services and global coverage
TransPerfect Connect, the division managing the new center, offers global contact center solutions, including over-the-phone interpretation (OPI), video remote interpretation, and multilingual email and chat support. With services in over 200 languages, the company uses industry-specialized interpreters to provide real-time language support across time zones.
The Manila launch adds to TransPerfect’s existing operations in the United States, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, and France.
