The Remote Group welcomes new Client Services Director
PAMPANGA, PHILIPPINES — The Remote Group (TRG), a global provider of customized offshore staffing solutions, has announced the hiring of Robert Bramwell as its new Client Services Director.
Bramwell enters this role with a formidable portfolio of over 15 years of call center management experience. Before joining TRG, he held the position of Head of Philippines Client Acquisition at Penbrothers. Bramwell also served as Associate Vice President at Teleperformance.
With his experience across diverse verticals such as Telecom, Finance, Automotive, Travel, and Healthcare, Bramwell developed expertise in talent acquisition, leadership, workforce management, quality analytics, and human resources.
In his new role, Bramwell will focus on accelerating account growth, driving sales, and ensuring high staff retention. “Committed to enhancing client experiences, building relationships, and exceeding expectations, I’m ready to embark on this exciting fresh journey,” Bramwell shared on LinkedIn.
