TTEC unveils new CX center in Honduras

DENVER & SAN PEDRO SULA, HONDURAS — TTEC Holdings, a global customer experience (CX) company, is planting its flag in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, with a new delivery center.
This move bolsters its nearshore capabilities to meet the evolving needs of its clients in the United States and Canada.
The Honduras facility, which anticipates creating hundreds of jobs in the region, enhances TTEC’s ability to provide digitally-enabled CX services.
“Honduras is an emerging nearshore location for our US-based clients and is part of our ongoing effort to identify new delivery locations, launch new sites, and scale in markets where we already have a presence,” said Chuck Koskovich, COO of TTEC Engage.
This move is another marker on TTEC’s Latin American growth map, which already includes Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico, with additional regional expansions in the pipeline.
