TTEC Digital inaugurates flagship office in Hyderabad, India
DENVER & HYDERABAD, INDIA — TTEC, a global customer experience (CX) technology and services company, has announced the opening of the TTEC Digital Innovation Studio in Hyderabad, India, marking a significant expansion in its global delivery of CX services.
The newly opened studio will amplify TTEC Digital’s capabilities in developing and integrating with top-notch CX technology platforms, such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Cisco, and Genesys.
“TTEC Digital has rich knowledge in designing and orchestrating exceptional CX for a digital-first world. We’re taking this further, using AI to supercharge these capabilities and transform how our clients serve their customers. Hyderabad is vital to this innovation pipeline,” said Dave Seybold, CEO of TTEC Digital.
Since launching operations in India in 2020, TTEC Digital has doubled its workforce each year, employing over 500 individuals in Hyderabad. TTEC plans to increase the percentage of female employees in India to 40% by the end of 2023, saying it is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
TTEC employs nearly 65,000 employees across six continents. The company earlier reported a 7.6% increase in revenue to $633.3 million for the first quarter of 2023.
