TTEC expands India presence with Mohali center, adds 400 jobs

TEXAS, UNITED STATES and MOHALI, INDIA — TTEC Holdings, Inc., a global provider in artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled customer experience (CX) technology and services, has announced the launch of a new customer experience center in Mohali, India.
The expansion is set to create 400 new jobs to support a major United States-based healthcare client.
The new center will initially operate from C-205, Phase 8B, Industrial Area in Mohali, with a planned relocation in August to the city’s Quark City IT hub. The site will deploy TTEC’s latest digital tools, including the AI-powered TTEC Perform, Let Me Know, and Clarity platforms, aimed at enhancing customer service delivery and frontline employee performance.
Leveraging India’s CX talent pool
The company cited Mohali’s English-proficient and service-oriented talent pool as a key driver of its location choice. The local ethos of seva (selfless service) aligns with TTEC’s commitment to human-centered customer interactions.

In 2024, the company added 800 roles to support new operations in Mumbai and its Hyderabad Digital Innovation Studio.
