U.S. BPO firm Pinnacle Intelligence opens first Philippine office

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES — American business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Pinnacle Intelligence Inc. has set up its first Philippine expansion, leasing 2,000 square meters at Filinvest City’s Northgate Cyberzone.

Pinnacle Intelligence’s decision to establish its first offshore office in the Philippines underscores the country’s continued appeal as a global BPO hub. 

The company will occupy space in Filinvest Two, a Grade-A office building in Alabang’s Northgate Cyberzone, joining over 300 international call centers that have set up operations in the Philippines. Pinnacle Chairman Inder Dosanjh stated the location provides an excellent opportunity to harness the strengths of the highly skilled Filipino workforce to support their U.S. clients.

Pinnacle chose Northgate Cyberzone because of its recognized role in IT and BPO services, modern facilities, and business-friendly atmosphere. The 2,000 square meters mark a big commitment for the company as it launches its initial Asian operations center.
