UBB promotes Karen Von Guten to head USource
MINNESOTA, UNITED STATES — United Bankers’ Bank (UBB) announced the promotion of Karen Von Guten to Vice President HR Manager.
She will now manage, plan, organize, and develop USource, which is UBB’s human resource (HR) consulting service.
Von Guten has been providing HR consulting services to UBB since 2012 and is a Society for Human Resource Management-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
“Karen has cultivated lasting relationships with our USource customers by providing the best service possible. We know she will continue to be an asset to UBB in her new role,” said Chief Marketing Officer John Peterson.
USource is a team of HR consultants who exclusively work with community banks. UBB was established in 1975 with the objective of offering community banks an extensive range of innovative correspondent services. This was done to ensure that these banks could compete on an equal footing with systems banks.
