UJET leads multiple categories in G2 Winter 2023 Reports

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Contact center platform UJET reached top marks in multiple categories at the G2 Winter 2023 Reports for the 11th consecutive quarter.
In a press release, the firm shared that they topped the Contact Center Software, Call Center Infrastructure Software, and Live Chat Software categories in Usability while posting the highest satisfaction score in Call Center Software and Call Center Infrastructure Software.
Additionally, UJET earned 78 badges in the G2 Winter 2023 Report for multiple categories and earned the Best Estimated Return On Investment Enterprise product based on a combination of estimated time to ROI and time to go live.
Vasili Triant, Chief Operating Officer at UJET, said that G2’s consistent recognition is a “strong validation of the company’s strategic approach and business value over a wide range of competitors in the contact center market.”
UJET earned its Leader status by receiving more than 750 reviews from verified users compared to similar products.
G2 Chief Product Officer Sara Rossio said that ranking on their reports are based on data provided by real software buyers
“Potential buyers know they can trust these insights when researching and selecting software because they’re rooted in vetted, verified, and authentic reviews,” she added.
