UJET wins Google Cloud Technology Partner of the Year
CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Contact center platform UJET has been honored with the 2023 Google Cloud Technology Partner of the Year Award in the Productivity & Collaboration – Contact Center AI (CCAI) category.
Google Cloud Global Ecosystem and Channels Corporate VP Kevin Ichhpurani praised the significant impact and customer success UJET and other partners achieved over the past year.
“We’re delighted to recognize UJET as a 2023 Google Cloud Partner Award winner, and look forward to a continued strong partnership in support of our mutual customers,” he added.
This accolade follows UJET’s strategic alliance with Google Cloud last year, enhancing the functionalities of the CCAI suite. This joint effort paved the way for a streamlined, user-centric CCaaS solution on Google’s platform, allowing clients to integrate their contact center tools effortlessly within Google Cloud’s comprehensive cloud solution.
Commenting on the recognition, UJET CEO Anand Janefalkar viewed the award as a testament to their team’s dedication to innovating customer-centric technology.
