UPSTACK acquires LinkSource Technologies

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — UPSTACK, an advisory platform for digital infrastructure, announced it has acquired the network and cloud-sourcing business of LinkSource Technologies. 

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LinkSource CEO and Founder Curt Lewis and President Jason Newbold will remain as invested owners in LinkSource Technologies.

“Curt and Jason have built LinkSource into a unique and impactful technology management business that combines a traditional commissioned agency with a direct-billed managed services provider,” said UPSTACK Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Christopher Trapp. 

Joining UPSTACK are LinkSource Vice President of Client Services & Operations Kelley Moore, Vice President of Sales Frank Mastro, and additional team members.

Apart from the acquisition, UPSTACK has also formed a strategic partnership with LinkSource’s technology hardware sourcing business to reinvent the service and provide a seamless experience to customers.

Reaching US$1.5 million in monthly recurring revenue, LinkSource was named an Intelisys Platinum Plus Partner in 2019.
