Upstream Works, Webex by Cisco partner for contact center solutions

ONTARIO, CANADA — Upstream Works, an omnichannel contact center solutions provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Webex by Cisco, a hybrid work collaboration technology provider.
The partnership will launch Upstream Works on Webex Contact Center (UWW), an advanced agent desktop solution that simplifies and enhances customer and agent experiences across channels.
