UST acquires Accrete Hitech Solutions
Digital transformation solutions firm UST recently acquired Accrete Hitech Solutions, a consulting and outsourcing company that provides IT and engineering services.
This acquisition will help UST expand its digital product engineering portfolio and semiconductor engineering footprint.
The partnership will also combine the strengths and resources of the two companies to offer a broad range of IT and product engineering solutions and services.
UST Chief Investment Officer and Chief Information Officer Sunil Kanch said this deal will help them “create world-class solutions to empower organizations to streamline their operations.”
Silicon-Valley based Accrete Hitech Solutions has offices in the Indian cities of New Delhi, Gurgaon, Chennai, Bengaluru, and in Singapore.
UST VP and Semiconductor Head Gilroy Matthew said that Accrete’s “highly experienced team of engineers and technologists… comes with a broad range of technology and engineering skills that will complement the existing global capability of UST.”
He added that the collaboration between the two companies “will accelerate the digital-first journey of organizations worldwide.”
