TASHKENT, UZBEKISTAN — South Korean business process outsourcing (BPO) firm KS JOB INC. signed a memorandum of understanding with IT Park Uzbekistan to open a Korean-language specialist training center in Tashkent in September 2026 and build a direct recruitment pipeline for BPO and AI contact center delivery to South Korean corporate clients, according to the Uzbekistan Ministry of Digital Technologies.

KS JOB INC., established in 1998 and serving more than 120 corporate clients, specializes in BPO and customer service outsourcing alongside AI contact center solutions, speech recognition technologies, and cloud CRM platforms.

KS JOB signs MoU with IT Park to open Korean-language BPO center

According to the Uzbekistan Ministry of Digital Technologies, the MoU between KS JOB INC. and IT Park Uzbekistan covers cooperation in Korean-language specialist training, with KS JOB planning to recruit personnel trained in Uzbekistan to implement AI contact center (AICC) and BPO projects for clients from South Korea.

The Tashkent training center, launching in September 2026, is designed to produce specialists for the BPO sector, with KS JOB viewing Uzbekistan as a hub for personnel training and the implementation of international outsourcing projects.

The parties also agreed to consider using the Zero Risk program to develop KS JOB’s operations in Uzbekistan and to continue cooperation on joint outsourcing projects.

Daegun Hur, CEO of KS JOB INC., Jamol Makhsudov, Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, and Jahongir Rajabov, Executive Director of IT Park Uzbekistan, participated in the meeting that produced the MoU.

AICC and BPO convergence positions Uzbekistan as a Korean outsourcing hub

KS JOB’s decision to establish a Tashkent training center reflects a BPO delivery model in which companies build specialist language pipelines in cost-competitive labor markets to staff contact center and offshore outsourcing operations for clients that require specific linguistic capability.

The AICC sector’s convergence of artificial intelligence (AI) tooling with traditional customer service outsourcing has expanded the range of services that Korean-language specialists can deliver, extending BPO work from voice-based customer service into speech-recognized automation and cloud-managed CRM operations.

IT Park Uzbekistan, a government-backed technology zone, provides the institutional structure that supports MoU-based foreign investment in specialist training, giving South Korean firms a defined pathway to establish trained labor for BPO delivery without the complexity of direct market entry.

For BPO providers evaluating emerging delivery markets, the KS JOB partnership represents a government-supported model of language training tied to BPO delivery demand from a specific employer country, targeting the gap between language instruction and job-ready outsourcing talent in markets with strong educational infrastructure but limited-language-specific client exposure.

The Uzbekistan MoU connects government technology zone administration to foreign BPO firm recruitment needs, a structure that IT Park has used to attract technology investment and that the KS JOB center extends into vocational language and BPO skills training.
