Verint unveils new self-service product on engagement data

LAS VEGAS, UNITED STATES — Verint, a leading global provider of customer engagement solutions, has announced the launch of Verint Engagement Data Insights.
Using Verint Da Vinci AI for natural language search, this new tool offers business users self-service, no-code access to all their engagement data around the clock.
Launched at the Engage 2023 customer conference, Verint Engagement Data Insights provides an intuitive, search-driven interface that leverages Natural Language Search and Generative AI. Without needing training, users can explore their organization’s engagement data and unlock key insights into their business operations.
This tool includes self-service dashboards and reports designed to offer unparalleled visibility into customer engagement operations, transforming raw data into meaningful visualizations and metrics.

The new solution draws on data in the Engagement Data Hub and is powered by Verint Da Vinci AI, both of which are central to Verint’s Open CCaaS Platform.
