Vervent acquires Smiles on Demand

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA — U.S.-based customer service provider Vervent has acquired Smiles on Demand, a Philippine business process outsourcing (BPO) enterprise.
The acquisition will enable Vervent to expand its contact center offerings, providing a wider range of services to its clients.
“This allows us to maximize the deep customer service expertise of our team across new industries while also enhancing support for our clients and their customers. It’s a win-win,” said Vervent President Stephanie Jimenez.
Smiles on Demand will continue to provide service support, with a particular focus on the hospitality, quick-delivery, and medical sectors in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
Despite the pandemic, Vervent has sustained the growth of its core servicing business and expanded its credit card business via acquisitions and new programs for underserved customers.
