Virtusa acquires Mav3rik to boost Asia-Pacific digital transformation

MASSACHUSETTS, UNITED STATES — Virtusa Corporation, a digital business strategy and platform engineering provider, has announced its acquisition of Mav3rik, an Australian Salesforce and MuleSoft advisory and implementation partner.
While specific terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, the move is set to accelerate Virtusa’s expansion in Australia and New Zealand.

Virtusa’s investment in Mav3rik is part of a broader strategy to deepen its footprint in the Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) and greater Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.
