Virtusa buys Factor Creative, expanding martech offerings

MASSACHUSETTS, UNITED STATES — Global IT services company Virtusa Corporation has acquired Factor Creative, a full-service creative agency based in California. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Virtusa is a provider of digital strategy, engineering and IT services to Global 2000 companies in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and many others.
“I am confident that the combination of Virtusa’s Engineering First approach and Factor’s creative expertise will uniquely position us as the partner of choice for our client’s end to end digital transformation initiatives,” said Santosh Thomas, Chief Executive Officer at Virtusa.

“This alignment promises an exciting journey that amplifies our solutions’ reach and empowers clients in navigating the dynamic digital landscape,” Kareem Fahmi, CEO and Founding Partner at Factor, stated. “Together, we’re committed to redefining possibilities and achieving exceptional outcomes for transformative business growth.”
The acquisition will enable Virtusa, rank #18 in the world’s top 500 BPO companies in the world, to expand its marketing technology (martech) offerings by adding Factor’s services in areas like brand strategy, creative content, and marketing analytics.
