Visionet acquires German tech firm Rödl Dynamics

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES and BERLIN, GERMANY — Visionet Systems Inc., through its German subsidiary, has acquired Rödl Dynamics GmbH, a specialized digital transformation solutions provider.
While terms of the deal were not disclosed, the acquisition marks a significant step in Visionet’s expansion strategy in Europe as it aims to reach its $1 billion revenue goal.
Strengthening digital capabilities in Europe
Ali Zubairy, Head of Europe & UK for Visionet, emphasized the acquisition’s impact on Visionet’s Microsoft consulting capabilities, stating, “With Rödl Dynamics, we are even better equipped to deepen our impact in the European region. This acquisition strengthens our Microsoft consulting capabilities globally, allowing us to expand our offerings to a broader customer base.”
Rödl Dynamics, an affiliate of one of Germany’s largest auditing firms, Rödl & Partner, specializes in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM, and business intelligence solutions for medium-sized enterprises. Their parent company, Rödl & Partner, reported a global turnover of 663.1 million euros in 2023.
Leadership and integration
The integration brings Visionet valuable expertise from Rödl Dynamics’ leadership team, including Managing Directors Andreas Palsbröker and Rene Richartz, who are expected to play pivotal roles in Visionet Deutschland’s growth.
The acquisition is supported by Visionet Ventures, the company’s innovation and incubation arm, demonstrating their commitment to strategic growth through partnerships with visionary entrepreneurs.
