VMO Holdings signs MOU with 3 Hong Kong firms

HANOI, VIETNAM — Software development company VMO Holdings signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Hong Kong-based firms Association of Blockchain Development, ACH Worldwide Limited, and Greatmeta to strengthen their software development cooperation.
The deals, facilitated by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), are set to open VMO to explore business opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).
Kyle Wong, Chairman of the Association for Blockchain Development (ABCD), pointed out that the Hong Kong government’s push for digital transformation made them seek software outsourcing partnerships in the region.
“This cooperation will serve as a model to promote Hong Kong’s cooperation with Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) companies,” he added.
Meanwhile, ACH Founder and Director Dr. Amanda Lim pointed out that Vietnam’s software development outsourcing industry is 50% cheaper than in India.
“Vietnam has a young population, many of whom can speak fluent English, another advantage.”
Established in 2012, VMO provides diversified, fast, and cost-effective software outsourcing services for companies worldwide.
Ted Nguyen, VMO Head of East Asia Markets, said they will “continue to expand mutually beneficial cooperation with enterprises in the area and strive to open new business opportunities.”
